I’m Radhika Lucas, I’m a strategic communications and growth consultant and the Founder of Content Halo speaking and presenting for founders, leaders and organisations and Halo Consulting, where I develop end to end messaging and lead flow design for enterprise clients, businesses and organisations.  

My biggest difference is that, while most people see speaking, communicating, content, or communication as four distinct, disconnected outputs, I focus on creating a system that ties all four things together to deliver tangible business outcomes- which is the Halo effect of reputation and a cohesive brand unique to the individual or team.

Part of what I do now has been shaped by the six years I spent in elocution, speech and drama, and effective speaking, where I worked towards a distinction in effective speaking from The Trinity College, London. 

My techniques are based on the discovery of joy through play, beginning with amateur theatre and street productions, and I use those early principles to this very day in my ethos with clients. 

As an experienced strategic communications expert and a certified change practitioner, I work with leaders to build buy-in and influence real outcomes. I use proven communication frameworks to reframe narratives, tell better stories and align messaging and content to have the Halo effect with your brand and reputation.
